I was raised by an alcoholic I got dragged to so many house parties and dealing with the cops handling her drunk rages and shenanigans and her driving me around drunk 

the fact I never got taken away was a true Christmas miracle lol

ohh, what did you do?

it was alright! i took the baby and visited my mother for lunch and we had a really nice time, then we had dinner at my bf's grandparents' house and it was fine but i'm a bit annoyed that everyone there just HAD to be drunk... next year i'm not going anywhere there's drunk people, if they want to be around my child they'll have to stay sober
