so many questions…. Why is she targeting me specifically? If I transfer am I letting her win? Or am I just not fit to handle her? 

she did call the cops on my boss a few weeks ago but she keeps making the abuse claims about me specifically and like what the fuck is life

Leaving gives her her way… it sends a message if she is mad at someone all she has to do is make this claim and she can get them fired or to quit. It gives her power and an incentive to bully. But it’s genuinely making me question my sanity and safety and if I’m the right person to work for her. 

I know she’s done this before to others but I’m her new favorite target and she could care less the stress and low worth this puts on me. She is something else honestly. 

I am on good terms with my boss and absolutely love my job so it would pain me to leave but if I have to transfer well I hope she has a happy life calling the cops on people and wearing pants she’s pissed and peed in for three days in a row. 

im just going to have the “should I stay or should I go” discussion in the office and with my boss and go from there but in the meantime my mind will be racing yeah

It’s hard because I love my job but I guess she wins. Whatever. 

on the plus side I will be transferring to another place for a few days and if I like it I can stay there

We aren’t assigned anyone. Whoever is able just helps with needs. And whoever is on med key will have to help with her meds. It’s a unique set up.

I was refusing to assist her with bathing but did it again because she was trying to take one when two people are busy (she is supposed to be supervised) and I like regret it. I’m naive, I figured she would realize by now people aren’t gonna believe her 

I just think I’m not a fit for her at this point

Fortunately we have cameras, worked in my favor when I called her out for taking the group home phone and she called the cops saying I stole the phone from her and “touched her inappropriately” when I grabbed it (lol wtf). Not only did I have a witness, the cameras proved all I did was touch her pocket then put my hands away when it was clear she wasn’t gonna give the phone back. 

she’s having a rough time, I know when I visited on Wednesday on my off day to wish someone a happy birthday she wasn’t at work and supposedly pushed someone on the bus. They’ve been talking about admitting her to the psych ward temporarily and idk why they haven’t. 

the issue is there are no cameras in the bathroom. Per protocol you are supposed to supervise her during a bath and ofc she took one in the middle of dinner without calling for anyone so I went in since I was the only staff who wasn’t supervising someone or eating. I should of asked someone else to do it. I was naive to think she would let it go. 

if I chose to stay im not helping her with a bath anymore. Even tho she’s pulling shit like stealing her housemates shampoo and needs supervision. Whatever. I was trying to help her get points for the day but I call her out and that’s how I’m repaid
