Maybe try working out at home first, to get into it? I tried actively going to the gym years ago to stay active but it was just too much pressure and commitment for me personally.

If your goal is to work out and stay active, even doing it a few times a week will help a lot. I understand it can be difficult to keep up with doing it every day. But I'd recommend looking into apps that offer short sessions that are maybe 20-30 minutes, might make it easier to work it into a daily habit!

second this. for some it might work to do a "shocking" change but it's wayy harder esp if motivation is low. it's easier to do small changes and adjusting. it's not abt cutting all unhealthy stuff out, or training every day. it's more abt just adding more healthy stuff/do some things and celebrate the small victories to motivate urself to do even more like "rn im being so kind to my body by eating this thing"."wow i went for a walk today, that felt great and it's really good for my body" etc.
