You're very strong for this, I don't think I'd handle something like this well

As for how I motivate myself to get up and out in the morning, I don't do it atm, but when I was in uni for a short while I made sure to have a routine / ritual to prepare myself

I have a history of passing out around blood drawing when it’s me n my cat but this was fine luckily so good practice I think,,, the goop was not like actually blood red just like slightly red so you could differentiate it from water so it wasn’t too bad!

routines are so good for the soul I always forget… then I try to make one and I forget to do the routine things too 💀
