Yeah the only migraine meds that work for me is sumatriptan. I took some a little while ago but i might have to go for a round 2 if i don't notice any improvement soon. I really don't wanna go to bed yet but maybe i should just try to quickly eat something and then... go to bed if it's still getting worse

I must say that is a very cool name <3 I also still have to get into it, there's actually a webstite where you can play the game for free, too. But I might also wanna start with the anime, though the game ratings are way higher than the anime!
