Oh, and once I wanted to close the store, and a man walked very conveniently at the last minute to the store to have a refund for shoes that were worn for years. I offered other options, but he got mad and demanded my name to blast me on social media. I didn't give him a name, and luckily it was before people got into recording people. I was young and scared. His wife just stood there watching him, threatening me with legal action and that social media stuff.
