I think so?? everyone is sick so i don't think it's linked to the sugar but it feels like it's just bad timing for both to be afflicting me...but also good in a way because with the sugar thing it takes about 3-4 days for the taste buds to change and the headaches + sleeping disruption last like a week or so...so, if all of that is gonna happen anyway at least it's sorta linked to something i can't control 😅

Okay! I think you shouldn't worry about natural sugars, not all sugars are bad for you. Keep it up then
