I have 3 very big kale plants because I got seedlings at the gardening club plant exchange for a tomato seedling and I never had kale so idk how ro prepare it other than 'gently roast'

u can make auflauf with it
like just do the same as u would do if u made noodle or potatao aufluf just with kale as the main part

Sadly I don't have the recipe but I love to make kale chips. Just some oil and salt, then in in the oven at like 200 degress at like 3 minutes maximum. It's so freaking good! Just a tip though don't make more then what you plan to eat right away because they get soggy quite fast.

my mom fr wanted to make stamppot a few weeks ago when i was visiting and it was 35 degrees outside and i just flatout refused i was like no mom im not eating stamppot in the middle of summer this is a winter meal

uhmm uhh it's varm luft in swedish. So uhhm direct translation hot air? Uhh so if I translated correct it should be umluft?? *Cries in languages*

it's called hot air (HeiĂźluft) here too lol but my oven doesn't have that so I'll use Umluft I think
