Anyways i went there 2 times already and it was good but the waiting time was around 30 min. You get a paper where you fill out the toppings etc and then when you give it to them you get a peep thingy that lets you know when you can get your bowls. So we went to the car outside bcs it was hot asf. We waited... and waited..... and 50 min have passed. ALL customers were already gone and the workers inside the store were staring at us. So my friend and i went there bcs we were pissed at that point and i had to go to work. We asked where the bowl was and one of the workers started laughing asking what we ordered.... i was like girl idfk you have the orders. She was like yea we will make your bowl rn.......... i was like no way i have to go to work.
Then the boss came and she was like we will refund your money which i was like fine but you could at least apologize and offer like a free bowl next time we come or something for compensation??? anyways they didnt offer us nothing, gave back the money to our mail (as a receipt).
Anyways we were pissed and already decided we wouldnt come here again but what set me off is that the boss decided to try and pin this on us like we had to come after 20 min and ASK where our stuff is.... like babez are you serious rn theres no way she tried to pin the blame on us, you had barely any customers, lost our orders, we waisted 50 fucking minutes and the workers saw us outside waiting were the other people were standing. Then your worker didnt take the situation serious and THEN YOU BLAME IT ON US??? i told her off and said that she cant be fr and she should know that this wasnt on us since we get one of these peep thingies FOR A REASON and the waiting time usually is around 30min which is already a lot for a small cup??
We then just left and decided to leave a bad review (mind you the first thing they ask when you order a bowl is to give them a good review for free toppings) BUT WHAT ACTUALLY IS INSANE is that they deleted our review (we were really constructive and said everyone can make mistakes but the way we were treated was unprofessional for a new business especially) and said we were trying to defame them and we cant leave bad reviews without proof.... WHICH PROOF???THE BOWL WE NEVER RECEIVED??
we already knew they were either buying good reviews or deleting the bad ones bcs just last week they had 3,7 stars and now its like 4,9 but all the bad reviews were about the waiting times. Anyways my friend sent in the receipt of the refund but brother WHAT DO YOU MEAN WE DEFAMED THEM??? IT WAS LITERALLY THE SITUATION i told my friend to make a tiktok bcs they are active on there theres no way im letting this dumb nut get away with that i cant believe the audacity of them. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE YOU ARE A NEW BUSINESSSS im praying for their downfall anyways fuck them and their fucking acai bowl
