most likely it was mistakenly labeled as female instead of male before someone fixed it, but by then it was too late as some fems had already won wof and therefor gotten it

the reason it's in mp is because someone added it to mp before it was fixed. if you buy it, you won't get it, because it will go into your hidden male wardrobe and therefor not even be able to use it because it's, well, hidden
