Yes, a murder that occurred within my own family.
Ooof that's bad : /
My dad has a cousin that murdered someone.. it's very.. unsettling
It definitely fucks you up.
My family member was raped and died from multiple stab wounds inflicted by her husband's 15 y/o nephew. Due to sentencing guidelines at that time, he wasn't a candidate for the death penalty, unfortunately.

Idk, I've grown up with that river and been repeatedly told to be careful because of the strømmer (idk a good translation here) so I mean.. even the most competent might fail.
Yep, he was a few years older. Jodel was filled with conspiracies like "there's someone pushing young men in the river" and I find myself sitting like "it's incredibly unlikely"
Streams (?)
I checked jodel here too, but it didn't really mention anything about him, I was like the first one to mention something about it here and just said I hope he was found soon safe and alive.
I don't really want to list of rumours and such, but I think I also saw someone mention like drug groups and such knowing a bit more about the whole case because he was somehow a bit involved with them, I don't know honestly.
Hmm.. Maybe..
It's a challenging case, I feel like most about it are rumours at this point. I was left in shock when they found something close to Jonsvatnet linked to him. Something doesn't add up, that's a looong way from where he was last seen.
It really is, it's such a strange case.
Yeah, rumours just comes spewing in a hurry when something like this happens like: "Oh it was this!" , "No no, it definitely has to be this." And so on and so forth.
Yeah, like I was happy they found something, but also very very strange. That's a long way from where he was seen the last time and why would it be there of all places?

I don't know how much you believe in psychic people and such, but I know Michael Winger is coming to try and see if he can figure something out since he has been in luck before in figuring stuff out, so that's going to be very interesting.

That sounds absolutely horrible. Awful.
My dad's cousin stabbed the then-boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend with two different knives multiple times so he can't claim it was an accident or anything, I don't understand how people can do stuff like that to others. It's awful.

I hope for the case of the family that they find him soon, regardless of whether he is dead or not. It's probably very difficult to be in the unknown and all that.

I don't believe in it at all, but I guess people do anything if they are desperate enough.

Yeah, I can't imagine being in their shoes and hope I never will be. Just looking at it from the outside is enough tbh. So yeah, I just hope they find him somehow, dead or alive just to get the closure of actually having found him and not be in the unknown forever.

Yeah, I think it does more harm at this point to not know for sure what to think or anything. If they'd found the body, at least they could properly mourn and all that.

Sorry to hear that and I imagine that was horrible for your dad to reconcile because despite the horrible crime, it is family and not just a monster that perhaps everyone else sees.. hope that made sense.
I can't imagine how the ex gf dealt with all of that.

yeah.
I was actually curious if someone else was going to know about this case when I posted it, and I'm actually surprised you were living so close too, I'm so used to everyone I meet on these kinds of games are from Oslo or something.
But I'm glad I had someone to discuss this with that actually knew about it too.
