For me, my thoughts are all over the place - in every way you can possibly imagine.
Most of the times it's verbal, especially if I remember stuff or try to think of something. Or if I have a reaction but don't want to phrase it. (That actually got so far, that I started commenting on stuff aloud because I'm by myself most of the time, which is kind of annoying to my family when I see them.)
But sometimes, it's just an expression, a taste, a memory, a smell. Like, if I forgot something, I get this tunnel like feeling. And I know this means I have to remember something. Or if I need to buy something I'm sometimes visually seeing me grab for something, like seeing me grab for the milk in the fridge and seeing it's not there and I kind of remember that in the store and know I have to get milk. It's so weird to explain. :d
