In some cases we might not even be aware that the song we are enjoying is a cover song, it's almost unthinkable. 

Here are two very famous examples of successful and famous covers of songs: 

Johnny Cash - Hurt (Original by Nine Inch Nails) 


Soft Cell - Tainted Love (Original by Gloria Jones)

Did you know that these songs were covers? 
What is your favourite cover song? 
Which is the cover song you have disliked the most? 
What do you think about cover songs? 
Do you think that cover versions are in general better than the original, or not?
