"found" about it like 3 years ago i think, i was posing in front of the mirror before shower and i wanted to stretch my back or something like that, when i did the side stranching i noticed that my hip just moved, i first freacked out but them i stood stright and it came back, so yeah now when i'm standing stright i can "dislocate" the bone in the hip area
