All of those items are not that hard to do on a day to day basis. I've multitasked more than all of those before. When I was a moderator on here, I was also a part of the other groups as well as holding down three other jobs and a full time art student, so it's not exactly that high level of maintenance when your primary work is on the computer. I'm not planning my time better just trying to preoccupy it more with productive items. Being admin on a site is something that I can actually add to a resume over watching all the seasons of Lost, even if that would show my persistence with completing a task. The admin position on here is still a glorified moderator so it really wouldn't be much difference than my experiences as moderator for level of responsibility. All the sites I've managed are static sites that have very low needs especially when that boss doesn't want to update as frequently. The servers I've admin on are no longer around due to the decision of being uninterested in keeping up with them. 

I'm sorry you feel as though it's hard to manage multiple items in someone's life and still enjoy thoroughly how they decide to  spend it.
