I get that, but at the moment (and I don't really blame him) I think he wants to stay off the servers until it's settled down.I may be able to get him to later on, but with what's being going on understandable he's probably more stressed then the rest of us.
Yeah I can totally understand that, but he does still have a responsibility. So although it's difficult and stressful, he can't and shouldn't run away until things calm down by themselves.
I know, which is why I'm planning something this weekend that he can hopefully get in on (if he's not busy that is) so he can come onto the server and maybe then address some issues as long as people don't attack him.

I hope he agrees to it. Sweeping issues under the rug isn't good for building trust with your community.

Well I've gotten along with all of our admins that have been on connection to Kaj. I don't have a personal issue with all of them. 

Hell I wouldn't object to Lianne coming back. I loved that woman - and she likes Pokemon.
