At the moment, the layouts have to make 5 layouts each (according to the schedule but I believe that might be slightly off atm). It can be a few more during different holidays since we might host extra events then. The workload is slightly increased as well since we currently only have 3 layouters. Bootcamp = a small trial-ish to see what you can do and it will go on for what.. a week or so? and in the end SMT members will Pick some people, the last time they picked almost everyone, minus 2 or 3.

It's a period when you get to try on some of the things we do in SMT, such as planning and hosting an event. The bootcampers are in charge of the official pages and have a few mentors (current SMT members) to help them during the bootcamp and answer their questions.
