Besides it is impossible to actually win a lawsuit over a site like this, unless it is shit like fraud and money. If you're able to get online, no one should count for your fucking actions.

At times there's a long wait for mod response when conflict happens in the general forum. How would the mod team manage to serve it's purpose there when at times it can barely maintain the regular forum?

To be clear, the team can attempt to ban people for their conduct, but it's a false threat.
What if another "picturegate" (or something similiar) occurs? Yes, y'all will fake ban them (at least 13 x and still going for one user) but for someone in maybe a fragile mental state, the damage has been done.

I'd certainly adopt my countries frivolous lawsuit mindset and try to seek financial compensation from Kaj, Jess and every mod on the team.
Over the top and dramatic but y'all will figure it out once someone truly gets fucked up.

I'm done with this mess.
imagine just one thread instead of multiple ones (if choosing the option 1) or just one forum section instead of searching for the topics on general (if choosing the option 3)
it would certainly be easier to watch over

Oh yeah, it'd definitely make the job for the moderators a lot easier, yeah.

If someone is so fragile, that someone online is enough, to damage the person, they should not be here in the first place. They should get professional help and focus on themself. Being online, the media etc. It comes with a certain self management. The world should not adjust to one mental illness, cus it'd impossible. It is not the moderators jobs, to keep someone from damaging themself, it is their job to keep a certain ease and order in the forums, which it seems like is not the easiest for them, no, but it is their only job. They cannot serve us like any professional psychologist and they cannot just ban someone. There's consequences and it takes time - but it aint easy. See it as a law and order sort of thing. No one here wants anyone to get hurt, but if one is on the internet, it is no ones fault.

We have to remember that in the end this is still a dress up game website and for people to talk about mental health and triggering topics, im sure that wasnt the purpose. People new here come and expect a dress up game and a place to relax.

It should be relaxing to be able to talk about your problems. A lot of people are here for the community and not the avatars or the games.

I would like to imagine but it's hard when it seems like the mod team can barely maintain run off threads when you lock a thread (which isnt always timely).

I think its about where the line is drawn too tho, i can see it as relaxing to just rant about something mild and get it out. But triggering topics and attacking others shouldn't be expected here.

No, but if someone if a first timer, if someone feels attacked and lash out, that person deserves a chance too.

If you had one thread you won’t be able to just lock it when it inevitably gets out of control. You’d have to actually mod it.

You're right...Topics that the general community can easily relate to.

I think it still stands. It'd be easier to manage, considering they'd be in one place.

It would be easy to sue vp. Wouldn’t even need to win. The cost of fighting it would be enough to shut the site down.
