If this has been asked, my apologies
At times there's a long wait for mod response when conflict happens in the general forum. How would the mod team manage to serve it's purpose there when at times it can barely maintain the regular forum?
To be clear, the team can attempt to ban people for their conduct, but it's a false threat.
What if another "picturegate" (or something similiar) occurs? Yes, y'all will fake ban them (at least 13 x and still going for one user) but for someone in maybe a fragile mental state, the damage has been done.
I'd certainly adopt my countries frivolous lawsuit mindset and try to seek financial compensation from Kaj, Jess and every mod on the team.
Over the top and dramatic but y'all will figure it out once someone truly gets fucked up.
I'm done with this mess.
If someone is so fragile, that someone online is enough, to damage the person, they should not be here in the first place. They should get professional help and focus on themself. Being online, the media etc. It comes with a certain self management. The world should not adjust to one mental illness, cus it'd impossible. It is not the moderators jobs, to keep someone from damaging themself, it is their job to keep a certain ease and order in the forums, which it seems like is not the easiest for them, no, but it is their only job. They cannot serve us like any professional psychologist and they cannot just ban someone. There's consequences and it takes time - but it aint easy. See it as a law and order sort of thing. No one here wants anyone to get hurt, but if one is on the internet, it is no ones fault.
