It depends on a person's history mainly. 
Like, if someone calls someone someone stupid or example, and they have no history of such behaviour, they'd probably get a warning.
If you've called someone stupid four times withing the past couple of days, you're probably gonna get a to.

There's a standard amount of time, which is 3 days. If the punishment is more serious or something we don't really have a rule for ie. discord drama or something along those lines we have group discussions which may change the original base length. You'd think we would get a lot of reg rule breaks, which we do, but usually there's multiple things added in? I'm not sure if i'm making sense.
