yeah but that would be a problem cause cosmos hadn't received her message with the prize, so she wouldn't have been able to claim her prize if it was like that, that's why we can't have 15 )-: it also might take a while until codes get approved and such, so it would maybe take a week until cosmos could've gotten her prize if we had limited it by that much ;o

Who would do that? If u dont win then u dont win, people shouldnt be that greedy. I hope u find the one who did it and just saying its totally not ur fault. Everyone should have common sense.
