Well I suggested it to Alana and she made a thread and Ale made a poll and the majority of the team members agreed. Up and till now no ET & SMT member have proven to be able to be in both teams and fully dedicate themselves to the teams. Sareureuk is probably the only one who is in both teams now and can manage to do both even though, idk about ET, the SMT does still demand more from her. The work load is just too much to be in both teams and the codes may play a role in this too since some people end up getting rewarded for barely contributing.

I thought we were still decided about this though since many of us were kind of against the fact that only one member could be in both and no one else could
