This is really something that should be closely followed by the Admin too. You don't want your staff team to break the harmony of the game.

This is another issue. Regular users are not informed by anything. Teams operation is all mysterious, and we're always told "you don't know how teams work", yes, we don't... having a little insight into how each team works would be nice.

I'll be fair to agree that "you don't understand" is bullshit. One can't comprehend fully until they're actually on a team...Esp those such as ET and SMT. Yet I understand why some choose to use it.
I also think the lines of communication are clogged due to a "us vs them" or "they think they're gods" mentality so peeps shut down.
I'm not saying this on behalf of my team, just my perspective.
