It depends really. Time-zones can make work a little uneven at times. For example, a lot of the site is UK/around there so they are awake a lot earlier than, for example, me over here in Canada. im more thinking of experiences any team member have had working in teams, positive AND negative
it affects the userbase and it affects the mood on site and i dont think its fair how everything is always talked about so hush hush
there have been several times ppl have gotten reprimanded or locked for talking about negative experiences within teams and from the outside-in and im not even referring to my own thread (over the line sure but i dont care id do it again)
its like this aura of mroe or less everyone knows to some degree the negative stuff, but we cant talk about it and that doesnt exactly help the at time hostile atmosphere on here
