clear bias towards and against some team members, doesn't respond to messages, hard to communicate with on just a level of reading comprehension, unprofessional conduct, not in touch with community needs/demands from what i remember in my time in DT
idk if anyone atm in DT wants to chime in and say anything about it or if they r 2 afraid to do it

and like no question she seems to be a very nice person and all that but i think there just a lack of competency and professionalism overall that makes it hard for me to see why she should be DT leader (admin at this level is just being the bridge of communication between the userbase and kaj and i dont think kaj cares a lot so it doesnt rlly matter overall)
