- This is personal preference, but.. more TOS (maybe like a weekend every month or so)
- Events that promote the site on social media i.e. make an ad for vp (BT did something like this a year or so ago), write what you like about vp,
- advertise events occurring on vp if you aren't always

- A "controversial" discussion once a week, collaborated with the moderator team
Mods:
- Feedback thread, new one posted every month and the old one moved to the mod section
- could be combined into a general team feedback thread
- More vetting on new mods
Admin:
+ Good spokesperson
Kaj/site overall:
- More activity
- All information regarding updates, changes, etc. debriefed with all admins and potentially moderators
- More work on the foundation of the site (less buttons to press to get places, bugs, entertaining games etc.)
- HIS updates are posted by HIM so he can see feedback, not be told of it later by a volunteer admin. people can communicate with him asap as he continues viewing the thread
- start studying English/German or hire someone who can speak it well
- have a weekly/monthly discussion thread in the teamwork section or chatroom so teams can communicate what they need
- more wardrobe features such as sort by average, more saved outfits, undo button, etc.
