People there are not a lot & they got a lot of pretty items at the marketplaza for good average that's fair enough!

they do have a lot more stuff as well, dunno if that contributes to the avgs being lower
and as for the people, there might not be a lot on now 'cause of timezones (think it's nighttime for the netherlands?)
but when i was on here a year ago, iirc i remember seeing around 300 people and even 400 on a lucky day when this server was reaching 200 tops
