that's really cool tho! My sister did a year of folk high school about game design, I think it was. I'm not really sure what programming includes. I am so noob at such things.

i also think that designers should get more for their work than just their own set; i know its voluntary work but its debatably the most time consuming; it is at the moment more lucrative to send in your designs as a nondesigner (that doesnt mean i have a problem with the designer motivation)
i dont know what kind of reward would make sense tho bcs cr rewards could potentially further the inflation (and kaj probably wouldnt allow it lol)
There is a system already set up in team for a 'reward' system not that many people really take it up though.
if people aren't taking your reward, it's not a good reward.
