like yesterday i went to bed at 9am n feel asleep at 10 maybe? very dumb because it later led me to taking a 5h nap, therefor me being very awake now at 4:27am
yeah ive somehow managed to get myself to go to bed around 3/4am instead which is better and i set alarms for 9/10ish so i can get my 2 deep sleep cycles and feel ok and still have a day to be excited about
