Not often I get to use this awesome banner is it?
However, this is possibly the last time I get to use it.


If you've read the title of the forum, then any suspicions or rumours that may have been floating around are true.

As of the 31st January 2022, I plan to step down from my position of Admin to the EN server on my 5th year anniversary. 

It's been a wild ride but ultimately I think it's time to step aside and allow the next generation to take up the crown to lead VP into a brighter future, but fear not, I'm not leaving you in the hands of mystery and darkness.

During the past month, I have conducted interviews with the members of our Modsquad with whom will take up the task. As a lot of you may remember - I was voted into this role in 2017 by the public and came in at a rather problematic time, also without having the background knowledge of the site or functions outside of DT. It was harder to adapt into the role then anticipated and I wouldn't want to wish that upon a member of the general public.

As of today, I will be formally training 2 new admins - that's right, 2! 

Please be as kind to them as you have been to me for the last nearly 5 years.
Big hands together for @YSL and @CheerGirl who will be tag-teaming the Admin role.

Between today and the 1st January 2022, we will be conducting background training and as of the 1st, we will be doing some more 'on site' training, so please bear with us in case there are any road bumps along the way!

I'd just want to take the chance now to thank everyone in the community of these eventful last 5 years. It's going to be quite the change as I look forward to seeing how these fledglings do once the crown is divided into two.
