Take it from someone who sucks at quitting and have quitted at least trice,
- the attachment to the clothing is gonna be forgotten in a few weeks
- you should likely have a plan to fill the space(s) or void(s) vp is filling for you now, so find that one first and it's gonna be easier when you don't have vp to lean on
- sometimes just regulating how long you stay online a day is a good start or like healthier long-term, if you normally fail to quit on the spot or overplay. works on reducing the negative effect.
- do a max vacation first so you don't regret it and see how you feel after then, or just don't log inn (if you can't and log in anyways, sell all the things you want to keep to a friend you trust and delete)
- lurking un-logged in is sometimes entertaining, but it rly puts the vp quality in question when you don't have active ties to your friends

also,
- don't be me. you can do it!

For sure, if you are one vp to kind of have something to do and something to get your mind of things, get yourself something else (and more healthy) to spend your time on. It will make it 10 times easier to quit!

In theory, it probably is though. Because what you consume there, is probably a better influence than this.

well, i guess I'd start with acting as you are prioritizing. say yes to offer w your friend adn school and take the time to yourself so you're able to do it more. then, when you truly got nothing left to do you can check in back here if u r not deleting
