yeah they usually arent but thats more the fault of the dm set essentially being the only worthwhile benefit for a 175 minimum base cost (manager + dm) and there being like usually around 100 people who have it and very few dm sets that ever really have a BUNCH of items that make it worth it

id say the EN sets usually do pretty well because most of the EN dt make stuff that is cherished on the EN server. like a ton of the most recent fem EN sets all have above 175/200 avgs
