Hello Virtual Popstar,
I am Lamby from the Dutch core team, here to bring you an update from the admins and core team.
Starting next month, there will be a change to the game/HoF rewards. There will no longer be a weekly set for female and a biweekly set for male.
Instead, we will now have one female/male set every 4 weeks (approximately one set per month), which will be divided into 4 parts.
Why the change?
Our primary goal in doing this is to lighten the workload on our design team and create more opportunities for things like shop updates or new manager sets. Additionally, due to decreased participation, it is no longer a major challenge to reach the top 10 in games or the Hall of Fame, so winning a full set is no longer really justified.
What we hope to achieve with this change:
- Less workload and stress for our designers
- More room for shop updates, new manager sets, etc., and therefore more opportunities to spend Popdollars/Credits/Promotion Points
- Increased participation in games and the HoF, as all parts of the set must be collected to have the set in full
We hope that you understand why these changes are necessary, and we will test how this adjustment affects our designers, VP, and users over the next few months. Your feedback is, of course, welcome in this thread!
