Lucifer was a little taken aback by what she admitted but he couldn’t deny how good that made him feel. It was like her alpha didn’t exist at all and that’s what he wanted, he wanted her. He deserved her more than anyone else did. He wouldn’t ever ask for her to control her powers, he wanted her to encapsulate them and use them however she wanted. “I’m glad I could help somehow.” He let a low chuckle rumble from his lips and he smiled down at her, his hands stayed on her shoulders, letting her do well, whatever the hell she wanted. Because he was besotted with her, but she knew that. “Do what your body tells you.” He told her confidently, his eyes closing as his hands came up to rest either side of her neck, indulging into her lips, which he never wanted to leave. And it made him hungry, so much more hungry for what she wouldn’t give to him.
Gabbie always found it weird whenever they would head back to their old territory, for her it had been her home for so many years and though she wouldn’t tell Connor, it was where she felt more comfortable. The new tribe had been accepting but they still liked to shun her now and again, for the simple fact that she wasn’t powerful at all and she wasn’t a wolf either, so they simply deemed her as useless. She giggled as they sang along at the top of their voice, gasping when their wedding song came on and she reached over, grossing his hand tight. “Oh my gosh!” She squealed, almost tearing up because it just felt so special. She hummed along quietly, grinning when they pulled up to her mothers house. “It’s now or never.” She smiled, squeezing his hand before getting out the car.
