He teased finding himself a comfy spot, leaving a seat open for Luna to sit on he other end of the bench with him, he glanced at Sasha and gave her a smile, letting her know he hadn't forgotten about her. "This is just like old times, eh? Like his Connor and Gabbie met, his cute."

Gabbie just smirked to herself. Not too good, that's boring. She simply replied to him, but he was more distracted by the barbecue now and hopefully that would keep his mind occupied from wanting to rip his brothers head off. D was an idiot but she presumed Connor was just used to it nosm yet it still wound him up whenever he let it get to him. She sat back in her seat, sipping her drink slowly, listening to Luna apologise to everyone. Maybe she had changed, maybe she really wasn't here to kick up a stink. "So what have you been up to Luna, now is married life treating you?" She asked, just trying to make light conversation and be polite, after all, that was what she was best at.

Connor couldn't help but grin at Gabbies response in his mind, she always knew how to make him laugh. Once the burgers were cooked all the way through he plated them up into buns and carried them over to the table, "tuck in everyone!" he said with a grin before grabbing himself another beer to have as he sat down to eat, "God yeah I hadn't even thought about that, it was the first time we realised the connection we had and really it was thanks to the tribe we are now part of for showing up." he shook his head, "crazy man." and then took a bite of the burger.

Sasha was sipping on her drink maybe a bit too fast but she was determined to enjoy her time. Though she watched Luna like a hawk while she talked to her son, not entirely trusting her being that close to him but when she did nothing a wave of relief filled her up again. Which was short lived as she sat down beside Dymitrius but when he smiled at her she felt relieved, "I'm glad married life is going so well for you."

Gabbie smiled as she listened to Luna, her energy was much calmer and she could get on board with this side of her. "Honestly I'm loving it. It's a big change in my life but Connor has been a Saint in making sure the tribe are comfortable having me around. Plus I have Sasha who is probably tired of me talking her ear off." She teased, standing up she cleared her throat and grabbed the bottle of champagne that Luna has brought a
ong. "I think today deserves a toast, to all of us. To us all growing up, and becoming who we are, and belonging where we belong. And to many more happy days and a bright future for us all. And I just wanna say that this definitely wouldn't have been nearly as awesome if I didn't have my soul mate by my side. So let's have fun!" She popped the champagne open.

Connor gave his brother a solid shake of the head, "now that's bollocks and you know it! If you are so good maybe you should do the hot dogs," he said before sitting himself down on the empty chair near Gabbie and he leaned in to listen to the conversation but he was weary about talking about the tribe with Luna there, "A Saint huh? I'll take that one." he laughed as he grabbed a burger but listened to her speech and he couldn't help but smile as she mentioned how he had made things so good for her. Standing up he grabbed some champagne glasses and handed them over to Gabbie while he wrapped his arm around her waist and kissed her cheek, "aren't you a sweet heart."

Sasha laughed at Gabbies comment, "honestly I'm just glad I could help you out, even if it means having a good chat." she said glancing over at Dymitrius, "I'm just grateful D convinced me to go through with the change, it's made raising our little boy so much easier." Watching as Shaun ran over for food but went straight to Luna she frowned a little, "Shaun come on don't bother Luna," she called.

He liked that Shaun and Luna were getting along, he wasn't afraid of meeting new people any more, he was much more like D and was a little bit naughty, but also so much more confident. He could see Sasha was glaring over at them but he was just being friendly, right? Nah, he could never just be friendly when he was around Luna, he loved her far too much. He looked over at Connor and shook his head. "I'm afraid I'm off dirty today, me and Sasha are guests, you are the host, it's time for you to prove yourself." He teased, running his hand over his hair. But when his hand landed back down on the bench his fingers were on top of Lunas hand.

Sasha didn't appreciate Dymitrius shutting her down again but she refused to make a scene so she just flashed him a smile, "Alright just keep an eye on how much he eats, last thing we want is it all coming back up on the poor girl." she said but she was definitely frustrated. Taking the champagne she downed the glass in one before setting it down on the table, "Stop fussing Gabbie! Lets check on the hot tub I'm ready to get in already," she teased as she took Gabbies hand and moved away, lowering her voice, "I have nothing to be jealous of .. right? I feel like im starting to get defensive." she said with an awkward laugh.

Luna felt a little guilty for having Shaun on her lap but Dymitrius seemed happy with it. As Shaun ate his burger she couldn't help but laugh, "he has an appetite like his father thats for sure." she laughed, thanking Gabbie for the glass and taking a small sip before resting it down. Her eyes locked with Dymitrius as their fingers touched and she was positive that he had felt it as well. As the other two girls walked off she felt a little more comfortable though wished Connor would go as well, "well I think Connor did an amazing job with the food."

Dymitrius was glad that Luna didn't pull her hand away, in fact he waited u til she got up and walked off with Gabbie and he let his index finger hook hers. It was such a simple thing and yet his heart was racing already for just being able to be next to her again. "I know, I'm just glad he's not obsessed with chicken nuggets any more, they used fo be his favourite things but I got him off that shit." He smirked, watching his son demolish the food like the little animal he was. Sasha still didn't quite grasp the concept that werewolves were never really dull and could probably eat as much as they wanted, even at a young age. He grinned over at Connor. "Okay I'll give it to you bro, you've put on a pretty sick barbie, and plus, this garden is really looking bomb, are you sure Gabbie didn't help you build it though?" He teased, glancing over at Gabbie and raising an eyebrow. Who knew she had a cute little butt like that.

He was trying to figure out the best way to get rid of Luna so he could have a discussion with his brother but he figured the other two girls were also wanting a good chit chat alone. Standing up he grabbed the left over food, "I'll go stick this inside for now." he said before heading up to the house.

Luna didn't say a whole lot but now Shaun had finished eating he had turned around to face her properly and was running his little hands through her hair. "there's nothing wrong with chicken nuggets," she teased, "plus I think I like him more than you already." She laughed but it faded as Connor asked him about building a home. Their fingers were still touching and she could feel the connection they had trying to break out inside of her. It wasn't fair that she showed up and ruined things for D, clearly he was moving on and the last thing he needed was her lousy company. But as Connor excused himself it was nice to finally be alone with him and lowering her voice a little she said, "I was being followed earlier, thats why I could speak freely but thank you for inviting me."

"Hey it's a roof over my head, what's the point in building another? It's perfectly comfortable and it means less work for me, too, which I will never complain about." He watched him go inside and nodded, thankful that him and Luna would have a little time to themselves, but he knew Connor wanted to speak to him too. "It's okay.. I wanted you here. I didn't realise how much I've been missing you until I saw you today." But he was a little concerned when she said she was being watched. Luckily none of emmanuels tribe would be allowed near them right now, so they were all safe. "Hey has people spying on you? What a sick fuck, all you were doing was grocery shopping."

Connor leaned against the kitchen counter after putting the food inside and he stopped to think about how perfect all of this was, and seeing little Shaun run around it made him yearn for the family life even more. But he still had no idea how the hell he was going to go to.. well... Hell to ask Gabbies father for permission. Not doing it wasn't an option, he grown up being told to respect woman and he was going to do just that.

Luna wished his hand had stayed on her arm as he brushed her hair out of the way but it wasn't appropriate. Grabbing a napkin she cleaned up Shauns little hands, expecting him to want to go down now but he seemed content with sitting on her. Her eyes moved back to Dymitrius and the way the sun was hitting him just made him radiate. "I felt the exact same way, sort of.. I'd be lying if I said I don't think about you a lot." She nodded her head, "he has made me go to that supermarket every day for the last week to try and force us to meet.. only reason I was allowed here was because I said I'd get some information for him." she paused, looking at the slight concern on his face, "which I'm not going to do so don't worry, I'll pay the price for that later."

Oh I know, tell him we're trying this new breeding program and I thought your magic would be good to encapsulate inside a wolf as they bred." He laughed to himself, shaking his head. Emmanuel really was a prick, thinking he could use his wife to spy on him. "What did he think I'd be doing in a supermarket, did he want to know my favourite kind of detergent?" He shook his head, glancing over at Connor in the kitchen. "Maybe you could get to know Sasha a little more? I know Connor wanted to speak to me, if you don't mind."

Once she was over by the hot tub she smiled, "hope you don't mind if I join, I brought the champagne?" she smiled before slipping out of her shorts and top so she was in her black bikini and she tried to slip into the water before anyone commented on some of the bruises she had.

Connor was thankful when he spotted Luna had left his brothers side and headed out, flopping down on the bench beside him and handing him a bear. "Thank fuck I thought she would never leave your damn side," he chuckled, downing a big sip before lowering his voice a little, "Listen, I've been thinking about you know.. popping the question to Gabbie but I refuse to do it without asking her dads permission." looking at his brother the reaction summed it up, he was mad for wanting to talk to the devil himself.

Dymitrius took Shaun's hand and led him inside, the girls were busy in the hot tub and he didn't want to burden them with the child, he could cause some havoc in the house instead. He leaned against the counter and crossed his arms over his chest loosely, his jaw dropping when he heard the news. "I knew you guys were serious but.. marriage? That's crazy! You're such a grown up, Connor, if Mom could see you she'd definitely be proud of what you'd become." He smiled and picked out a beer from their fridge cracking it open with his hand and taking a swig. "But that is one fuck of an issue. What about that Kore bloke? He took Gabbie down there before, right? Maybe he could take you down, I'm sure he'll won't be too uncomfortable for a heathen like you." He joked, glancing out tonthe girls. They all seemed to be playing nice for now.

Connor chuckled at the shocked expression, "I know we haven't been together for that long but this soul mate connection is so strong and I just love her with all of my heart.. it just feels right." he smiled when Dymitrius mentioned their mother, she was rarely spoken about when they lived back at home with their father. "Yeah, shame dad can't let go of his damn pride to join us." He hadn't exactly thought of talking to Kore, the guy was pretty creepy but was definitely an option, "Yeah.. and Luna said that she use to date him right? So she would know how to get in contact with him .. it could work." he was clearly putting a lot of thought into this, "I don't know about that, I mean .. it's Hell!" he laughed taking a big swig of beer, feeling Gabbies words enter his mind, Shit.. I'll mention it to D. "And uh.. Just got a message through the ol' Gabbie radio," he tapped his head with his free hand, "apparently Luna's looking a bit.. rough."

Dymitrius could see it in his brothers how much he adored her and he could see why too, she was a little hottie and if they didn't have the stupid soul mate thing going on he probably would have made a move at some point, just for a bit of fun. "He's too loyal to that shit head emmanuel, he will never leave them, he's too scared of it. And he's not good enough to fight in this tribe, we both know that Connor." Though their dad was loyal he was definitely a weaker wolf in his old age, too many injuries caused him a lot of damage when he transformed. "That would make sense, you should ask her. And before you say anything, she's harmless. I promise. She's just here to have a good time." But his smile dropped from his face when he mentioned her looking rough. "What do you mean rough? As in she hasn't shaved her legs?"
