1. I belong to two teams and I’ve NEVER complained that I don’t have enough time for them. Actually I have a lot more time than doing the team stuff takes. It completely depends on the individual - some people have more free time so can contribute more to team stuff, while some are busy and feel like they don’t have enough time

2. I’m not really sure how this is related to this?

Why only 1 for mod? I can honestly say with putting in as much work as I can, being a mod is by far the easiest work to do. but a mod’s task should be moderating when they are here, since a lot gets unseen in general by the mods. Often it’s because literally no mod is online, but also when 1-2 mods are online too. They just don’t see it before it’s gotten out of hand etc 
and also, as someone else mentioned too; some mods complain they are tired, they have a lot too do, ‘let’s not chat with mods because they are too busy moderating’ as some have gotten written in a message. 
you know, the general view. 
so if mods only focus on being mod and a member, it’s leas distractions (aka other team activities to take care of) 😇

I personally got one of those too, but it was in January or February I think so the message is long gone with the storage system we have. Or else I could have given you a copy 😅

edit; I also got one in autumn 2019, I just remembered.
