It was directed at someone spesific tho (spesific group), disabled/mentally ill/physically ill people who can not do all the work, volunteering and fun past time activities and instead choose to be on vp and has no IRL life. Its not a real group of ppl in the sense that most ill ppl on vp actually do stuff irl, despite them being on vp. the only way i could make sense of this is if u were pointing to a specific type of handicap like emotional dysregulation for example which would work within this context
