as controversial as harry potter is, the world building and the way it caters to younger audiences is 10/10..

tolkien rolling in his grave but i actually think cs lewis did the right thing adding santa and making only christians go to heaven
Teabag

i love the gems that live in the ground with their forge to bring us heat
the gems we find/wear are their carcasses
(narnia is better in every way but its for a different audience than lotr)

yeah i think thats how it still got such a strong hold over people. looking back as an adult a lot of the world building is like erm ... but when u view it for what it is aka kids book the worldbuilding is very fun n also so well establsihed which makes it more fun

yeah  although i only referred to the movie world building!!  i'm sure the book is even more questionable... but yeah, if you see it as something for kids it allows you to have fun with it. also i appreciate how the fanbase just does its own thing like the marauders AUs and whatever like yeah ! it's free real estate do whatever you want, as you should

i think i'm slowly just bringing up stuff that i don't find bad at all but wasn't like extremely happy with yes, i was just fine with it

frozen 2 sadly...
i really really love frozen 1 foreal it holds such a special place in my heart but hmmhmm frozen 2 was a good sequel, but it's just not as iconic as the first one. i do appreciate how they addressed the codependency elsa and anna had but... yeah.

moana 2 was a steep drop in quality from the first one. moana 1 should have been left alone foreal. i fucking love moana u guys HEHEHJDKE

i read them once and i dont really plan to reread ... i know its sooo iconic to so many ppl
and i do like the worldbuilding ?? but i dont wanna watch or read it ever again ... im content with my friend telling me tidbids from the silmarillion and nerding out abt the lore
