RIGHT like im sure theres hundrets with absically the same plot
and ofcoure it was recommended by a male friend lol. who thought it wasnt that creepy.

sometimes men are really insensitive towards stuff in movies ... like if theres a rape scene and a female friend says that it was really tough to watch that they go "oh i dont even remember that" ... maybe a real example and not made up

i think thats very valid critique, the movie really wasnt made for ppl who dont know the play haha

ohh yeah i only finished that because i watched it with friends together. the ending also really left me feelng just "mkay! like it was supposed to be deep i guess but i felt nothing abt it and didnt wanna think abt what makes it profound haha
