narnia > lotr

tolkien rolling in his grave but i actually think cs lewis did the right thing adding santa and making only christians go to heaven
t i think to an extent i agree...

but tbh i am soo biased towards HP like it sweeps the entire fantasy movie competition for me jshbenjsbhe....
yeah tho i think like the actual fantasy style of hp and narnia is v similar, theyre just different kinda settings / stories,, n like school setting is more fun imo too
i agree !!!!  i think for not taking place in a school setting, narnia was pretty decent. at least better than percy jackson to me

as controversial as harry potter is, the world building and the way it caters to younger audiences is 10/10..
yeah i think thats how it still got such a strong hold over people. looking back as an adult a lot of the world building is like erm ... but when u view it for what it is aka kids book the worldbuilding is very fun n also so well establsihed which makes it more fun
yeah  although i only referred to the movie world building!!  i'm sure the book is even more questionable... but yeah, if you see it as something for kids it allows you to have fun with it. also i appreciate how the fanbase just does its own thing like the marauders AUs and whatever like yeah ! it's free real estate do whatever you want, as you should
pls i forget u didnt read them... tbh there is prolly plenty of lore stuff that i just like have stored in my brain that isnt in the books or movies its just there cos i was a hp fan for so long n like read articles on pottermore n junk...
but yeah mauraders is a good example of the universe bein so well established n fun but the actual contents of the stories being less importante
