most issues that I have with myself are things that annoy me because I'm with me 24/7 - which wouldn't be the case if I were friends with me. so I don't think they'd be too bad

We would only hang out when I’m ill

i was thinking self-cest would be the only potentially interesting thing about it  but i wouldn't partake in it cus i'm not attracted to myself anyways so then it's useless cloning smh
