I can handle someone going 20 under the speed limit I mean we have those moped cars nd mopeds that go 50 at most nd are allowed out on the roadsĀ 

...but they pull over nd let ppl pass when they get a big line behind them.. :cry if u driving 20 under pls pull over once in a while cus it creates such big linesĀ
