eating together is an important thing in our family which is so funny cus me nd my brother wud rather not nd now we r both alone at home but it is so ingrained in us that we still do it nd just sit there in awkward silence while eating

also depended on what we were eating
some things were eaten in front of tv, others at dining table and if just pizza or something small made for only me n sister and mom didnt have dinner id eat in my room

if I visit my mom now we do eat together if one person makes the food for everyone I think I couldn’t just leave the kitchen with a plate if someone made food for me n they’re also gonna eat without feeling rude as hell
