I know Kofod answered some of this but we do get the codes we provide (with some limiting rules ofc).
Not completely sure about the team set situation but!

As this counts as volunteer work, you can put this on your resume!
Social media managing/understanding is an apreciated skill to have, because it
is a mix of creativity, marketing and advertising. The stakes aren't
that high (taking into account our website and situation) and you get
real experience working with a team and learning new things. Layouters
and designers are also encouraged to familiarize themselves with social
media and how their own work can benefit our team and VP's future.

I don't know how many people would see this as a "benefit" but it is
definetly a rare kind of situation and environment to be in. We can also
do collabs with other teams so even more learning opportunities.

Also not to be that guy but I got many new friends and acquaintances!! I
feel like as someone with very little social skills, I have gained a lot
of confidence and skills that breach over into real life too.
