Ellis rested his phone on his chest and lifted his head to look at elin. "Yeah I think me and Sam will be heading here. you look nice. You've always had the best natural hair." He grinned and sat up slightly, ruffling his hair about. "I was speaking to Sam earlier.. He said you flipped out a bit.. What did you say to him, El?" He asked. He stood up and went over to his wardrobe. He wasn't really I terested in Sam and elin, as far as he knew Sam just disliked his sister.

Anna grinned and nodded. "A date? I wouldn't call yoga a date." She grabbed a bottle of water and headed into the living room, presuming he would follow her. She sat in the corner of their big corner sofa and stretched her legs out, peeling her socks off. Hearing him suggest a date, she almost choked on her water. Her large blue eyes turning even wider, she looked at him, a smile dropping from her lips. "A date? Wow, funny joke, Mat." She brushed it off.

Elin nodded, a smile on her face ''Thanks Ellis, you have the best natural hair too. Not many guys can pull of red hair like you can. Getting a lift together as usual?'' she asked as she pushed some of her hair behind her ear. She sighed ''I just got a bit angry at him that's all. I've never really felt comfortable around him since we've grown up, since he started teasing me. And I kind of told him just how much he had affected me. He said he was just showing off in front of his friends and that he didn't mean it. And I said that it was obvious that he didn't like me with how he's been acting all this time,'' she said as she laid back on Ellis's bed. ''I just don't get it, we use to be really good friends when we were little and then it all changed and he started being a complete dick.''

Mat chuckled ''Isn't that what the cool people consider dates now? Green juice and yoga?'' he said with a chuckle as he grabbed his water and followed her into the living room. He took a seat in the snuggle chair and leaned back, sighing happily. It was the best chair he had ever sat in. He bit his lip as he looked over at her ''I wasn't joking,'' he said quietly, looking down at his feet, actually feeling a little nervous.

Anna smirked just a tad at the thought of his cool date. It was the things she enjoyed after all. "Well I'll take it as a compliment seeing as I am pretty cool." She turned the TV on and flicked it onto netflix. She turned her head to him though, when he continued to speak, realising that he was deadly serious about the real date. Was this one of his sick pranks? Maybe it would be easier to go along with it. "Well if that's what you want, Mat."

Mat laughed softly and gave her a smile ''I guess you could say you were cool.'' he said with a smile on his face. He looked back at the screen, smiling when he saw Netflix ''What are you putting on?'' he asked, raising an eyebrow as he glanced back at her. He gave her a genuine smile that he didn't use very often ''That is what I want. So, is that a yes?'' he asked, raising his eyebrow a little.

Anna smirked. "I'm cool and you know it, dude, now shut up." She wrinkled her nose as she flicked through the options on Netflix, shrugging. "I'm not sure. Maybe how I met your mother? I love that show." She clicked on it and started on the last series, her favourite. She kept her eyes over at Mat though, a small smile on her lips. "It's a yes I'd that's really what you're wanting from me right now."

He always found that the littlest things always made her look so cute to him. He glanced back at the screen and nodded ''Sounds good, I love that show too,'' he said as he ran a hand through his hair. ''Well then I will pick you up at six tomorrow night.'' he said as he smiled over at her. He knew exactly where he was taking her and he knew that she would love it.

Anna smirked. "See I knew you'd admit it eventually. You're kinda cool too, I suppose." She said, shrugging her shoulders casually. "I think I'll watch a couple of episodes and then shower, I wanna look good for this party tonight!" She grinned a little, her eyes lit up too. She couldn't believe shed agreed to go on a date with him, in fact she was a little nervous. What did he have planned? Was it going to be him making a fool of her? She was very wary.

Mat grinned ''Thanks, nice of you to think so. But you know, I'm cool, not just kinda.'' he said as he leaned back in his chair, draping his legs over the side. He nodded ''I'll probably head off to get ready myself when you go to shower, Probably see you there since I have a feeling we're going to the same party.'' he said as he smiled a little. He was still thinking about the date and he was actually excited, he knew she would love it. ''Dress warm tomorrow night and wear flats, no heels.'' he said, giving her a smile.

Anna rolled her eyes, letting out a soft chuckle. "Whatever you say, Mat. If you think you're cool, keep thinking it." She grinned widely and watched the episode that was playing on the television. "We probably are but jack will be too occupied with some girl to even realise. You know, it's been kind of okay hanging out with you today. I mean you haven't insulted me or anything." She stood up when the episode ended. "What have you got planned, Mat?"

Mat laughed "I know I'm cool so I will keep thinking that." He said as he stuck her tongue out at her. He watched the program, releasing he had seen this episode more than once and that it was actually one of his favourite. "True. We could hang out a bit at the party if you want, maybe? And see, I'm not that bad. And I don't mean to insult you, you know. I'm sorry if I have." He said softly. "Are you sure you don't want it to be a surprise? I was going to keep it as a surprise." He said with a little smile.

"Okay, I like surprises. As long as it's a good one and you aren't gonna lead me up a mountain or anything."

You will love it, I promise. Plus, your brother would kill me if I took you up a mountain." He walked towards the front door "Right I better let you get ready. I'll either see you tonight or tomorrow, yeah?"

"Cool, I'll catch you later." She watched him go before walking upstairs, stripping off and climbing into the hot water of the shower. But she just couldn't get Mat off her mind now, something about him was different and she had to admit she was a little smitten.
