Ava smiled as she walked drove back to the apartment with Mitch. She was so shocked at the way things had turned out but so happy as well. And the thought that he actually cared about her excited her "So now you feel like you care about me.. Like how much? As in you can feel everything you use to or you're just beginning to realise?" She asked, wanting to know so it helped her to understand where they stood a bit more. Once they got back to the apartment she parked the car and then together they carried the bags inside. She smiled a little "Welcome to my new place." She said as she began to get the shopping out. As she did so Blake walked out of her room and her eyes widened a little bit. "What are you doing here?" She asked, wishing that he had gone.

Alec chuckled "oh I know that." He said bitterly as he he folded his arms and looked at her. It felt so weird seeing her after all these years, he never thought he would see her again. She was just as beautiful as she was before. He just couldn't concentrate on thag because he was still hurt from what she did. They were going to have a baby together but she decided that she wanted to put the baby up for adaption. There was nothing Alec could do about it so he lost his beautiful baby girl. His eyes widened as she spoke "Wait.. That's our baby? Oh my god." He said as she looked towards the door where Chloe was, wanting to hug her and never let her go. "Wait." He said angrily "Have you kept her all this time!?"

MItch considered this question for a moment before answering, "I don't think I'm back at where I was, but I'm making progress for sure," He explained, figuring it probably wasn't what she most wanted to hear. He glanced around at the room, "It's nice," he commented. Then he headed over to help her with the bags, but stopped at the sound of another voice, who's this guy?

Blake her voices coming from the hall, so decided to investigate, as he hadn't left yet as he thought Ava would return. He frowned when he saw MItch, "I could ask you the same thing?" He retorted, before smirking, "You said you had something else to do, or would that be someone?"

Amy frowned, hating how much he seemed to be loving it, how she'd had to come crawling back after all these years with a kid she didn't wanna keep. She nodded slowly, this being the last way she wanted Chloe to find out, yet the small child just stood in the doorway listening intently. "Yeah.." She replied quietly, not wanting to get into it all.

What are you still doing here anyway?" She asked as she looked up at him, hoping he would just leave. She just wanted to enjoy a night with Mitch. She had missed him so much and she didn't want him to leave her now.

Alec's face flashed with hurt. Amy knew how much he had hurt him when she decided to give Chloe up and now she didn't even do it and left him out of her life. He felt sick. He began to pace up and down, running his hands through her hair "I can't believe you. I honestly can't believe you." He said, stopping when Chloe came out of the bathroom. He smiled softly at her "Hi Chloe. By the way, my name is Alec but I'm also your dad, so you can call me that too, if you like. Are you hungry? I can make you something to eat. Or I can put some cartoons on the tv for you?" He asked as he stepped closer to her and away from Amy.

Blakke pulled a face at the way he was introduced, "Friend, yeah right! That'd be boyfriend!" He shot back, looking at MItch as he said the last part. He then shook his head, "Not with me then?" He asked, ploughing on, "I expected you to come back," He shrugged, not seeing why he was wrong. "But as they say three's a crowd." He commented, looking right at Ava, before turning on his heel to leave.

Amy bit her lip, realising how much this had upset him. She watched him as he paced the room, upset seeing him this way as she knew it was all her fault. "I'm sorry, but I.." She began, deciding that now might be a good idea to mention the fact that the two of them had nowhere to sleep, other than the car, that night as her longterm boyfriend (now ex) had kicked them out. She stopped herself as Chloe entered, as the child had been upset about it enough that night. Chloe gave him a sideways look, whilst her Mother shot him an angry look, "Are you sure? I thought that Daddies lived with Mummies?" She quizzed, "I thought Jack said he was my Daddy? Is he cross because of Alec?" She asked Amy, seeming a little nervous. Not dwelling on it she turned back to Alec, before Amy could say anything, "Got ice cream?"

I also did say that I had something to do now so I don't know why you waited for me to come back. She bit her lip "I guess it is. You know what Blake just go. If this is such s problem them don't come back because Mitch is important to me." She said as she leaned against the counter. She knew she was shoving him away but if things were getting better with Mitch then she would always go back to Mitch. Always.

Alec felt sick as he listened to Chloe talk. Someone else had been a dad to her. She thought someone else was her dad. Amy had let someone else bring his little girl up. He looked over at Amy and shook his head, looking broken. "I can't believe you." He said quietly. He sighed and turned back to Chloe "We'll talk about that later ok? I'll get you some ice cream and put some cartoons on. I need to talk to your mum." He said as he quickly got her some ice cream and put kids shows on. He led Amy into the kitchen and shook his head "So that's why you told me you were putting her up for adoption, so you could go off with someone else! Do you know how much it hurts to know that someone else has been brining up my daughter? When she thinks of her dad she won't even think of me." He rants as he put his head in his hands.

The expression on his face made her feel even worse, and her eyes briefly looked over to Chloe, who had brushed the issue off and was seemingly very happy with her ice cream and tv. Amy followed behind him, bracing herself for his anger, the worlds cutting her a little. "Of course not!" She shot back, her voice sounding sad, "I never intended for it to happen this way, but I was only a kid when she was born, what was I supposed to do?"

Ava sighed and nodded ''I'm fine. He's just been a bit weird lately that's all. He knows that I don't want anything more than just a bit of company and friendship but I don't know, he thinks we're in a relationship when we aren't and I haven't done anything to indicate that we are.'' she said as she turned the oven on. ''Let's just forget about him and enjoy a movie night. I've missed you too much to let him ruin this.'' she said and took a seat on the sofa, not hearing the door open and Blake walk in.

Alec sighed ''I don't know, Amy, come to speak to her father maybe!? You knew I would have helped you. God I wanted to keep her more than anything. I would have helped you both and raised her.'' he said with a sigh and ran a hand through his hair. ''Can I at least tell her that I'm her real dad or do you want your boyfriend or whoever the hell he is to be her dad? and what are you even doing here anyway, Amy?'' he asked, looking at her. He couldn't think straight, his head was a mess.

Blake had paused outside the door for a few moments, wondering if he should leave it at that, feeling he hadn't been clear enough. So, he turned back around and entered the house again. He walked into the living room, hearing their voices. He let out a laugh upon seeing them together, "I don't think you got the message, she's mine, so backoff," He spat, glaring at the both of them.

Amy bit her lip, leaning against a cabinet. Her eyes followed him around the room as his anger rose, deciding to let him get it all out before she said anything in response. Before saying anything she took a short, slightly shallow breath, "Look, I'll tell you again, I'm sorry.. Ok?" She began, "Of course she can, she seems to like you anyway.. Plus there is no boyfriend, now now anyway - Guess that's why I'm here, nowhere else to be." She explained, letting out a small sad laugh at the end.
