She couldn't have feelings for him, he was only there last night because it's his job and it's the same reason he's here now. "Let's go I need a smoke" and with that she headed out of the dorm.

Nathan wanted to hit himself over the head for being such a numpty, of course she had read something that was upsetting her. It was plain as day now that she had mentioned it. He stepped over to her and rubbed her arm gently, "I'm really sorry, people are jerks honestly. Try to ignore them and hopefully it will blow over quickly. Plus, we are going to report that arsehole today, he will get what he deserves." Nathan nodded his head and pulled his shoes on, "see you soon," he added before heading out the door and to his dorm where he quickly got changed into fresh clothes.

Shrugging, she closed the door behind him and quickly got changed into some very ripped blue ankle grazer jeans and a black lace body suit tucked in, she quickly did her hair and make up, slipping into her heels she grabbed her Chanel shoulder bag and headed out.

Nathan wasnt sure what to say, he could tell she was trying hard to put on a brave face and was proud of her for trying. Once he was all changed he sprayed some aftershave so that he smelt a bit better and headed back out of his small room. He checked his phone and had a text from the people he owed money too 4pm, science lab. Bring my money or your dead freak. Nathan swallowed hard but shoved his phone back into his pocket and continued outside where he bumped into Elijah and Effy, "hey you two," he said with a cheeky grin.

maia really didn't understand why she had been roped into this whole lunch ordeal, but she guessed it was better than playing the victim to her own cruel thoughts. Pushing some curls of hair away from her face and over her shoulders she strutted down the stairs, her heels making a defining sound every time they hit the ground. Heading over to the three she spotted in the distance, her lips curving into a smile, more to Nathan than anything, he was a comforting face. "Hey everyone." She spoke quietly, trying her hardest to ac in her best behaviour.

As they walked he noticed that the other two weren't really walking side by side and they didnt seem as flirty as they had done the previous night.

"Uhm probably about three months, I've just been trying to settle in and get my surroundings sorted in my head. It's been kind of tough because obviously I don't fit in." She laughed softly.

Don't really blame her, I'd probably be the same if it happened to me." he looked over at Maia and smiled a little before looking back at Elijah, "What about you?" he said, before lowering his voice, "everything alright with you two, seems a bit.. tense.."

Listening to what Elizabeth had to say, both her eyebrows arched and she stared at her for a moment, now very intrigued. "So is your brother older sn you then? That must be cool, having a protectiveness older sibling. Is he the same as you?" She asked, turning down a small street, and there wa a cool little cafe diner in front of them.

Nathan sighed, looking up and over at the place they were heading too, "thank fuck I'm freezing!" he said with a chuckle, heading towards the building with Elijah by his side, "you know it must be weird for her, to all of a sudden have someone shadowing her and judging her actions. anyone would be feeling a bit tense"

Maia gasped quietly, stopping for a moment to process what she was being told. "Wait so it's not like human blood lines where you just be a mixture? That's so weird." Smiling, she slipped into the side of the booth that was opposite the boys, so she was next to Elizabeth but opposite Nathan. Giving him a little grin, she turned back to Elizabeth to listen to the rest of the story. "So you don't know where he actually is? That's a shame, I bet he misses you guys."

I've seen a few people born as a mix but they die out because their bodies can't cope with the two different set of genes fighting for dominance. but I guess I'm just lucky I didn't turn out worse." she said with a laugh as she sat down, her eyes looking across the table into Elijah. "this menu better be good, I'm starving after someone ate my Chinese food." she said with a small laugh, trying to break the tension from earlier on as she grabbed for the menu.
