Freddie wrapped his arms around her tightly as he shut his eyes. He was so afraid, he didn't want to loose her and inside her was panicking like mad about what Ashley might do to her. He had only just gotten his mate and he didn't want her to be taken from him now. "I know baby, just have faith okay? I'm going to be right there and if she pulls out a weapon i'm going in and i'm pulling her off. I promise you that. I will not let her kill you. Just stay strong because your a good fighter and I know that you can beat her if you really put your mind to it." He kissed her lips gently and frowned, "I love you with all my heart Elin, never forget that."

Elin was also scared about Ashley winning because if she won she would be Freddie's Luna and ultimately she would have to be with Freddie to official be his Luna and that was what scared her. She would lose him. He would have Ashley and she would just be on her own either having to watch or leave and feel the pain of your mate being with someone else. ''This sucks.'' she mumbled quietly ''I'm just thinking of the worst scenario and it just scares the shit out of me.'' she said ans gave him a small smile when he said that he loved her with all his heart ''I won't. If she's your luna you have to be with her..'' she said as she shook her head ''If that happens I need to leave Freddie because seeing her be your luna and act like she's your mate will kill me inside.'' she said as she looked up at him. Mat growled when he grabbed Cassie ''Let. Go. Of. My. Mate!'' he said angrily as he glared at her dads hand on her arm. He hated that someone was trying to hurt his mate. He calmed down a little when Cassie pushed him off and smiled a little at what she was saying. He felt proud of her for standing up to him like that. He was sad for her though that she had really lost her dad thought as he watched her dad storm off. He held her tightly ''Don't you be sorry, cutie. You have nothing to be sorry for at all.'' he said as he held her tightly ''Let's go finish dinner yeah? and then I can take you to my place because I assume you aren't going home since he left.'' he said softly as he kissed her head.

Cassie wiped her eyes and wrapped her arms around him. "If you don't mind, I think I might just go for a walk. I need to clear my head and just think. I'm sorry I brought all this mess into your pack. Maybe I am bad for you after all." She wiped her eyes and kissed his cheek gently. "Thank you for both standing by me...It means so much to me that you did that. I was just so scared he was going to hurt one of you because of me." She looked down sadly. She felt awful and she new her father would be raging in anger at this. He would hate her and this pack now, which meant he would come after them all and attack. She couldn't bring that kind of mess into their lives when they were all so innocent.

Freddie frowned and took her hand, "I already told you I will leave my pack if you loose. There is no way i'm letting you go and there is no way i'm ever going to be with her again. She is disgusting and she just used me. So please don't oppose this idea because all I want is you. That's all that matters to me okay? As long as we are together then I don't care where the hell we are or what's going on. I just need you by my side Elin. I can't loose you. Especially not to her." He kissed her lips softly and sighed, "Your right, let's go train." He lead her out of the shopping center and back towards his car quickly.

Elin sighed as she sat in the middle of the floor in the arena. The only people there apart from her were Freddie and Ashley who was trying it on with Freddie. Her body was covered in a cold sweat and she couldn't even remember half of the fight. She felt strange almost as if she was coming down with something or as if she was coming down from a high or something like that. She had lost the fight but just after it started it hurt to move. She could barley lift her arms and then Ashley took advantage of that and beat the crap out of her. Her cheeks were tear stained as she looked up at the ceiling. She had post. She would never get to be her mates Luna. She wouldn't get to be the one that helped him run the pack. People would always think that he was with Ashley and not her. She stood up but stumbled before falling back down. "I feel weird. I did in the fight I couldn't lift my arms to fight back and I don't know why." She said weakly.

Mat nodded "If that's what you want to do princess. But don't be sorry ok, this isn't your fault. No one has been hurt or killed we just have to be more careful. Things like this have Happened before so we know what to do. We are always under threat to hunters." he said as he kissed her cheek "You are good for me cutie don't ever say that you aren't, I have never been so happy." He said and kissed her cheek again. "I will always stand by you princess. You're my mate and that's my job." He said and smiled lovingly at her. "it wouldn't be because of you. It's because your dad has a huge hate for us. It wouldn't be your fault at all my beautiful mate." He said and squeezed her hand "Meet me back at my parents house after you've walked and then we can go to my place." He smiled.

Freddie shoved past Ashley as he rushed to her side and caught her. Holding her to his chest he gently picked her up. "I don't understand what happened Elin, can you feel any pain or anything?" He honestly thought something was seriously wrong with her and it scared him so much. Plus the fact that she had lost meant that he either left his pack or had to be with Ashley for the rest of his life which he refused to do. "I'm going to take you in to see the doctor okay and he will help us find out what's going on. You be careful and try not to move. I don't want you to hurt yourself more." He placed a gentle kiss on her head before shoving past Ashley and heading inside to see the pack doctor about what was wrong with Elin and why this was happening.

Cassie nodded and rested her head on his chest. "You know, maybe i'll just stay. I don't think I want to be alone right now anyway." She took his hand and sighed, "but it is my fault because he's my father and he followed me here. I brought danger to your pack and my father will not back down without a fight. He is going to be so mad about this because I stayed here. Maybe I should go home, I'm just making it all worse by staying here."

We had been training and then just after my first punch I physically couldn't move to be able to fight back. I tried but I just couldn't and I don't know why. I feel sick. I lost." She cried as tears fell down her cheek "I'm so sorry Freddie." She whispered as she tried to hold on to him but she couldn't grip his arms propely. "I don't know why I couldn't fight back. I was going to kick her ass and I couldn't! I'm so angry because it wasn't fair!" She cried, frustrated at the situation they had been put in. "I can't even feel anything apart from your body heat. I don't understand." She sniffles as she looked at Ashley with a glare before they went to the pack doctor.

Mat nodded "Ok cutie. You don't have to talk about it or anything if you don't want to we can just go to my place and relax, try and forget about everything that happened." He said softly as he pushed some hair behind her ear for her. "It isn't. You aren't responsible for your fathers actions. We will fight him and perforce ourselves princess, he won't hurt us. We are a a strong pack and have been in situations like this many times." he said and he held her close to him. He frowned "Princess if you leave he will probably make you stay away from me." He said as he frowned. He couldn't lose her. He held her hand tightly "Please don't leave, I don't want to lose you."

Cassie shut her eyes and held onto him tightly. She didn't ever want to leave him. "Your right he'd keep me away...I won't go back but I have to try and stop him from attacking. I can't let this happen. I know you don't think it's my fault but I just can't help but feel responsible.." She sighed and nodded, "relaxing and forgetting about it sounds pretty good to me...I just want to have a cuddle." She kissed his lips gently and looked into his eyes, "I love you Mat"

Freddie frowned and gently set her down in the packs medical room. "Shh, shh baby it's okay don't cry. Please don't cry. It doesn't matter that you lost because we are going to leave and be happy on our own. It's okay, just please don't cry." He could feel every once of pain and anger she was feeling and it hurt him so much to know she felt that way. He hated to see her crying over it all. "Just take a deep breath and calm down." He looked over to Mark, the pack doctor, and let him examine her. He held her hand gently in his and frowned. "Do you know what the problem is?"

I honestly thought I could have won." she cried as she hid her head against his chest. She was so sad and angry that she just didn't know how to express her feelings apart from cry. She wanted to kick the crap out of Ashley. When he laid her on the table she closed her eyes and sighed, feeling weak and horrible. She couldn't even move on her own and she just didn't know what to do. She hated it. She hated not being able to do stuff for herself and she hated that she couldn't go and give Ashley what she deserved.

Mat nodded "The pack are already coming up with ways to stop him princess so you can help then out if you like? You will know the best ways to do it so you can help with the planning tomorrow. It will show the pack that you're here to help us, not work against us." he said and kissed the top of her head. He smiled "Then cuddles you will have." he said and scooped her up in his arms before he led her to his small house near the beach they went to the night before. He smiled "And I love you, Cassie. With all my heart." He said as he walked into his place with her.

Mark frowned as he took a sample of her blood and sniffed it. "Eli have you by any chance drunk some water or something like that? Before the fight?" He looked over at Freddie, worried that he would leave because he didn't want Ashley to be in charge of the pack.

Freddie frowned, "Was there something wrong with the water? Wait...That bitch she drugged you Elin. She must have put something into your drink that would stop your movement so she could win the fight because she new she would loose to you!" He growled in anger and punched the wall, leaving a large dent in it. "I'm going to kill her." His eyes were dark and his wolf was ready to break out at any second. He couldn't believe she had done that to Elin and he was going to get his revenge.

Cassie nodded and smiled as she looked around his house. "This is so lovely and it's right by the beach!" She kissed his cheek and examined the room. "I love it here, it feels like a real home with you." She placed her hand on his cheek, guiding his lips down to hers. She tangled her fingers into his hair as they kissed passionately. "I will always fight for you mat. I would have taken that arrow for you earlier today. I'd do anything for you."

"That son of a fucking bitch." She mumbled as she sat up, finally being able to feel her arms. She ran a hand through her hair "You're right! The fucking cow knew she wouldn't beat me so she did this so she could get you." she said as she shook her head "She's pathetic! I'm fighting her again. This time I am going to kick the shit out of her." she ranted, just needing to get her anger out some how. She sighed when FrEddie punched the wall. She could understand why he was so angry "Baby come here." she said softly and held her hand out to him. "Oh no you're not. If either of us is killing her it's going to be me. I'm fighting her again because this fight wasn't fair. I'm going to beat her so that you don't have to lose your pack because of me." She said as she looked over at Mark "What did she pit in my drink? It was horrible, it was like being trapped in my own body"

Freddie sighed and wrapped his arms around her as he tried to calm himself down a bit. "Your right I'm sorry. It just makes me so angry to think that she did that to you. But your not fighting her yet. You need to rest a little more so you get all your movement back in your muscles. Later tonight we will call her out in front of everyone. Then you can kick her ass and show her how it's really done." He leaned down and kissed her gently. "I'm so glad your okay, I got so worried out there watching you both."
