i understand kim/kaj are trying to be generous, and the prize is really expensive. the only issue is that it's a phone, which really should be something the parents decide to get in the case of children (and as i've said before, there's activation fees and upgrade fees which would just cost the parents/the winners money)
it's incredibly selfless of them, and i truly appreciate the thought, but it seems like something that would just cause more troubles for them in the long run
When the winners phone have arrived parents probably know it and can decide to let the child have it or not ((:
