Hey guys, Hailee here.
For those who may not know, I am a HUGE American Horror Story fan and since the new season is underway, why not share a few of my favorite moments with you guys! Now, I’m not going to lie and say there won’t be spoilers, so, if you hate spoilers, don’t hate me. Just please don’t read this! Also, if there are any AHS fans out there share your thoughts with me!
American Horror Story is an anthology series that is created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk; this dynamic duo has teamed up before to produce Glee, Nip/Tuck, and Scream Queens to name a few. Each season focuses on a different location with different characters. In a few interviews, Ryan has stated in some odd way, all of the seasons are connected. This is why, in some of the seasons, you will see characters from past seasons appear. Some of the themes so far have been a murder house, an asylum, and a hotel.
American horror story is currently in its sixth season, and Ryan and Brad have decided to take an entirely different approach. This season is told from a witness’s experience, and what we are seeing is a re-enactment done by ‘actors.' As the season has just started, we aren’t sure if this is going to be the format for the entire season but so far, so good. They also kept the entire season a secret, releasing various teaser trailers over the weeks to keep us guessing!
Hailee's Favorite Bizarre AHS Moments
So this is in no specific order, and there are other so many good moments from the show, also I can't guarantee that there won't be spoilers in this!
The Rubber Man Reveal
In season 1, there is a character known as the rubber man. Now, without giving away too many details, this man isn't particularly good. When we do finally find out who it is, you're literally screaming NOO at your tv.
Shelly's transformation
Shelly was introduced to us in season 2, although we didn't get to her full back story. Shelly, unfortunately, became another victim for Dr. Arden. After cutting off her legs, he injected with something horrible that transforms her into one of his grisly experiments.
Twisty's face
Don't get me wrong, he still wasn't entirely a good guy. But I felt really bad for Twisty after we got to know more about his backstory. I know it's exactly what the creators want us to feel as they are toying with our emotions. All that being said, I will never get the image of Twisty's mangled mouth out of my head.
Violet's death
So this one I saw coming, all the hints were there. But I mean come on, how awful it must be seeing your own dead body just laying there. It's when you finally realize that you're stuck in this house with no way out.
Frankenkyle
After a terrible 'accident', Madison and Zoe decide to use a spell they found to bring Kyle back from the dead. While trying to find his missing pieces, Madison suggests that they take the moment to create the perfect man. So they pick out certain parts and re-animate Kyle. He just sadly isn't the same.
