Hello Popstars,
My topic today is Recod Labels... Wait, what? You don't know what they are? I know how you're felling, there is a lack of information on them but I'll try and use my best knowledge to explain them to you! Record Labels are clubs, you get to do tours which means you are allowed to do two tours a day and you get more money and fans, but obviously you have to keep a lookout for the tours. Anyone can make a Record Label, well that is if you have 100 Credits and a manager but don't you worry! Now you are probably thinking why not? Because there are (currently) 7 different record labels waiting for you to join them, and when I say that I mean it. There is a competition between the record labels. They are all trying to get the most number of fans (combined). Here's a list of all of them (you can find this list by clicking on "Record Labels" next to your inbox. Then you click need to locate "Record Label List" and click on it and you will see this exact list) :
You can see that there are special labels created for Denmark and Poland. In these clubs you are allowed to speak the language of the label and you will not get a warning so all of you can have a good chat and a bond! As you can see at the moment (21/01/2013) Mottomo is the leading Record Label, and just because they have that most fans combined, it doesn't mean they have the most members, but some clubs like Mottomo have a requirement for example, you have to have at least 1000 fans to join. Hmmm... This probably makes you wonder, are they fair then? Some people would say no, but in my opinion the creators of the Record Label have the right to create requirements, I mean they were the ones who payed for it after all, and at the end of the day it is a competition so they'd only want the best ... like you  So tell me, what do you think? Virtual Popstar is a fairly new website so the idea behind Record Labels isn't 100% clear yet but here are the things we are sure of; Benefits:

In the future... Everyone's hoping that in the future Record Labels will play an important role and we will be able to do more, therefore it will be more interesting. Hopefully you will be able to do more as a group which makes the whole experience more fun for you but as I said before, this site is new so you will have to wait and see what's to come... I think it will be exciting. *I am not trying to promote the Record Label I am currently in now, nor am I trying to promote any other ones. I am just showing you facts that you can easily find yourself, but you will also get some opinions from members of Virtual Popstar. I have not asked or told any of them to say these things, everything that's said in the drawback is from them and it's their opinions.* |
